Information and Analytical System "Comprehensive Data" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has been functioning since 1986. The given system is intended for operative provision of the consumers - interested organizations with the newest information and analytical materials about scientific and technical cooperation of Russia. The basic consumers of the specified materials are the federal and regional organizations of legislative and executive authority, the scientific and industrial organizations, representations of Russia abroad.

  The database of the above-stated system contains the information on more than 65 thousand international scientific and technical actions. The software package of system allows to update and make actualization of the information and analytical materials constantly. Now the system is focused on granting to consumers of information materials about actions in the field of scientific and technical cooperation which will be realized during 2008-2012.

  On the basis of this database the information magazine "Comprehensive Data on the International Scientific and Technical Activities" is issued in Russian and English languages on a regular basis - six times in the year. For the information and possible use the magazine is dispatched to the corresponding structures of the Administration of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, to the ministries, agencies and other departments, including to all forced, in the regions of Russia, in the Academy of Sciences of Russia and to the countries CIS, to embassies and to the representative organizations of Russia abroad.

  Within the framework of information system of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the Internet it is created and constantly functions the section "Comprehensive Data", which allows the interested organizations to receive electronically and operatively the information on the international conferences, exhibitions, seminars and other actions in the field of education, sciences, innovative activity, planned to carrying out in Russia and abroad functions, to make sample of activities on subjects, terms, the country of carrying out. The given section allows the organizer of the event to bring information interactively to the database on the international action.

  Coordination of activity of the given system is carried out by the Department of the International Cooperation in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation. Practical realization of the specified activities: gathering, processing, the analysis and input of the information in system about scientific and technical actions it is charged to the JSC "Science Forum".
